Katie Welham
Vice Principal
Katie began her teaching career in Bradford back in 2015. She joined Dixons Trinity Academy in 2018 as an Assistant Head of Year. Following this, she took on the role as Head of Year and Assistant Vice Principal, supporting her team to drive exceptional outcomes and instilling a love for learning.
In 2022, Katie became Vice Principal for culture and Designated Safeguarding Lead. Katie's focus is to ensure every student has the access to the best education and she strives to close the gap for disadvantaged students. Her mission is to ensure every single student at Dixons Trinity will strive to climb their mountain to university, or a real alternative, and make a difference in our community
