After relocating to Yorkshire, Deepak excelled as an Achievements and Standards leader for a then struggling school, turning around a five-year decline in a mathematics department within just one year.
Returning to London, Deepak demonstrated his expertise in recruiting and training professionals to rejuvenate struggling departments.
